Issue 02, 2022 (2nd printing 2025)
6’x6’, 52 pages, full color, emotionally draining.
WTD issue two was a complete nightmare for me to make. I lost a 90% completed version of this book due to a hard drive taking a big ole dump on me. I had to re-draw the entire stupid thing, which was so annoying I almost gave up on making comics. But I pulled through, because with hard work, grit and Jesus all things are possible! Issue two features FOUR stories, two ongoing from issue one and two self sustained.
“Intro- The Inspiration Board”: Artist block strikes our hero Noir (me, I know, lame) right as he’s trying to finish the second issue of WTD. Noirs’ homie Roy the Devil pops in to help by suggesting he makes an inspiration board. Some wires get crossed. Things are misheard. It turns into a disaster.
“Worst Impressions”: People say I always make a TERRIBLE first impression, but then like herpes, I grow on you. This is a story about me having to give a speech at my wedding, and not being able to find the right words.
“Gingerbread Curse”: Part 02 Continues the comic from issue one where Jack & Jill are forced to scale a massive beanstalk to retrieve Jacks missing crown.
“Attack of the Cum Gnomes”: Part 02 Building on the idea that a little glob of baby batter comes to life and becomes BFFs with me. Also, features pin-ups from Corey Bernhardt, Matt Leunig, Travis Fox & Donal DeLay.
